Bhutan is a Kingdom, where they have a countrywide dress code enforced by the king.

I didn't meet anybody who was dissatisfied.

Breakfast (our hotels garbage waiting for pick up). Top dog held his spot.

    Interesting shots, Rags. I think we can assume that the politician is the one who's not carrying anything. Not so different from the West, really.
