Background image - header integration

I figured I would put that first, because last time I forgot to put it down...

Here is my question, When you go to my site, you see the home page. Is there anyway to remove the black bar at the top of the page and have my logo/links go right on to that main image?

If you remove the Single Photo Content Block from your homepage and instead set a background image (via the "Background" tab in the Customizer"), that should take care of it.
