SmugMug IPad Facebook share fails

If I use the share icon at the lower right of a picture in smugmug on my iPad running the current SmugMug app to share a photo to Facebook, a share screen appears for me to add a message, but within 1-2 seconds, the share screen goes away and is no longer available. The photo is not posted to FB. Restarting the iPad didn't make any difference. Any ideas what this might be?
