Hiring someone to customize my site

I have had my main website at www.nebirds.com for many years. I would like to hire someone to create my smugmug site with a look as close to possible with my nebirds site - lots of dropdown navigation.
Any suggestions?

I don't see any dropdown navigation on the site that you referenced.

It appears that the main difference between your two sites is that http://www.nebirds.com has a header with a menu and your smugmug site at http://www.allanrube.com/ does not. It's a pretty simple matter to add a menu to your smugmug site, with or without dropdowns.
