Smugmug textbox background color

I need some help :)
It seems that smugmug only offers transparent textboxes. Is there a way to give it a white background color?

Can you post your site?

Not sure if you can do that with a text box. I prefer using a HTML/CSS block instead. You CAN edit those.

yep can do but it is just in the making and I am a real beginner. What I am trying to do is to add a textbox on the homepage that has the width of the entire site so that the background image is covered up to a degree

Are talking about your name (Christine Weber Fotograf) on your home page?

Add this to your theme's CSS:

.sm-page-widget-logo .sm-page-widget-logo-text.sm-page-widget-logo-l {
    background: white;
    padding: 10px;  
    }
