A change to mini challenges.

With some discussion, the unwritten rule about moderators not being able to participate in mini challenges has been revoked and now all mods are welcome to participate! If anyone thinks this is unfair, please state your case here and tell us your thought of why you feel that way. Just in case we overlooked something.

I think it's great! I'm happy to see more participation and I see no reason why the mods shoudn't take part.
I personally think that it has been unfair not to let the mods participate. Volunteering to help keep us in line
and the forum free of spam shouldn't limit anyone from showing off their skills or having fun.
