Site wide theme question

In looking through all of the themes for site-wide use, I have been unable to find a simple black background with white text. Any help? Thank you in advance

Honestly, ANY theme can be customized to do what you want.
My site started as 'Sierra'.

I understand that, to a point at least. But I am still lost at how to make the background black site-wide
Customize > Entire Site > Theme > "Wrench Icon". Then go to Advanced > Background Color

Thank you...I was not finding the "wrench"...much better now.
