Is it possible to make changes to the <'HEAD'>> part of the page(s)?
Google is asking me to add a piece of code into the <'HEAD'> block of the document.

Changes cannot be made to the tag. If you are trying to add Google Analytics or Google Webmaster Tools, they can be added to Account Settings:
