I could be wrong though but the only way I know of is to limit the sizes being displayed. They can still click on it, but they'll see the same size.

Ah ok, it's a good solution as well, thank you. I wanted to do that because my photos did't look sharp when I enlarge them, but maybe it's because my display (4K). Now I changed the "Maximum Display Size" to iPhone 6+ (x5) and it looks good, I don't know if it's the best option though.

Excellent discussion here. There is no way to disable the Lightbox (when you click on a photo to open it on its own) but there are ways to control the size of the photo displayed, as Mike pointed out. Using a large monitor, especially if it's a retina display, presents some issues because operating systems do some interesting things to try to make them readable, which includes automatically enlargening (stretching) the photo. If you've uploaded a large enough photo and the Max Display Size is set large enough, we can counteract some of the stretching that happens. However, if we can't counteract it, then we allow it to be stretched a little so that the photo don't appear super teeny on the screen, which can make it appear a little soft.

Thanks for the info. Now the photos look sharp as it should be.
