Free shipping for gallery without coupon code?

Is there a way so I can set it up to offer free shipping to everyone in a specific gallery without offering a coupon code? I ran into an issue last night where I had a customer order a print but they forgot to put in the coupon for the free shipping and I couldn't cancel her order nor could I enter the code for her (I have it set up for a one day proof delay).

I was hopping there was an option where I could just offer free shipping without having everyone type in a coupon code to help eliminate this issue.

Is there an option where I could cancel the clients order so she has the option to resubmit her order to use the coupon?

If you send the heroes an email at help@smugmug.com they should be able to take care of this order for you. There is not currently a way to offer free shipping without a coupon code. Most of our Pro's have indicated that they don't want to eat the cost of shipping without knowing which shipping method the customer will choose (if they choose Overnight shipping, halfway across the world, for example, it could be so expensive that you lose money on the order).
