I'll take "alien," Joel. I don't know why anyone would use infrared except to get more abstraction. Here, though, the odd look is just as much due to a long exposure with a nine-stop ND filter. I wanted the reflections to be clean. The long exposure smoothed the water.

I love it! The shapes and lines, brilliant whites and dark blacks. I'd have this one printed and hanging.
