Shadow Effects Need a HTML Fix

Hi guys. Anyone know how to add a header shadow below the header to add contrast?

Also who you pan to the top of the page you get a weird shadow effect...Probably some bad html code on my part.

There is a hover shadow which I like on the photos, but I don't like that the header logo also does it.

Anyone know how to fix these?

Remove this:

.sm-tile .sm-tile-content:hover {
    box-shadow: 7px 7px 5px #bfbfbf;
    }

and add this instead:

.sm-user-ui .sm-tile-page .sm-tile-content:hover,
.sm-user-ui .sm-tile-album .sm-tile-content:hover,
.sm-user-ui .sm-tile-folder .sm-tile-content:hover {
     box-shadow: 7px 7px 5px #bfbfbf;
}

For your header, remove this:

.sm-user-ui .hsm-page-content > .sm-page-layout > .sm-page-layout-region > .sm-page-layout-region-center {
    box-shadow: 0px 0px 9px #bfbfbf;
    }

Use this instead:

.sm-user-ui .sm-page-layout-region-header {
    box-shadow: 0px 0px 9px #bfbfbf;
    margin-bottom:10px;
    }
