Client Invalid email while attempting to download gallery

I have a had a few clients try and download their galleries (password protected) and get and error saying that they are entering in an incorrect email address... How is this possible when they are entering in their own emails address? And how how do I fix it?

I checked on my own site and download passwords should be working, but lets see if we can dive in and solve this for you.

Can you either send me a private message or email our heroes at help@smugmug.com with some additional information:

• A link to the gallery where they're having problems
• The email address they're entering

Just to confirm, it's a "Download Password", not a "Gallery Password"?
