SmugMug iOS app hangs after sign in

I'm having problems with the smug mug app on an iPhone 5S. Multiple attempts to download certain photos in a certain gallery caused the app to crash and not download. I've re-instlled the app, but now it hangs forever with the spinning squares after sign in. I am able to view other people's sites, but not my own. My own galleries are show but greyed out, but not accessible with spinning squares. This has happened repeatedly after multiple re-installs. I've left the app on all night to see if it just needed time. What to do?

    ​We have a bug with this issue in terms of the IOS app and downloads right now. We are looking into this issue currently. I cannot give you a time estimate as to when it will be fixed. I am so sorry for any trouble this has caused you. Thank you for your patience.
