Photo Download not working

Why is it every photo I click to download, download button when logged in, I can only get a spacer.gif?
Something is really screwed up.

1st noticed here.

    This happened to me beginning last month (June 20th), and this is now the third thread since I was effected. For me, clearing my cache made it work properly again.

    Looks like it's back to working. Did not clear cache though.

    Had to log back in though. In the past, for years, I would always be logged in if I left it that way. This just started recently.
