Possible purchase problems

I've had someone say today that they are having trouble buying a photo from my site, they can't get it to work. Also, I had someone tell me yesterday they couldn't buy photos either as they were unable to get on my site. Today, I've had 3 emails from SmugMug for 3 identical orders which were all made by the same person inside one minute! It looks as if they've also had trouble and unintentionally bought the same thing 3 times. I've tried to email the SmugMug support via the online form but there is no indication after clicking the button as to whether it has been sent or not, I clicked it twice but nothing appeared to happen
