    This was taken in my favorite upland swamp where, contrary to logic, the lilies at altitude bloomed sooner than those at lower elevations this year.

    Very nice structure to this shot. In shooting water lilies, it can be difficult to get an image that really stands out. Your treatment of the bloom makes this effort very successful. Well done.

    I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.
