Saguaro silhouettes

Photos of saguaros silhouetted against a sunrise are hardly uncommon, but there's not much else in our desert that is interesting as a silhouette, so I keep taking them.

    Nice set Don. I find #2 very pleasing, compositionally and color wise. The clouds in #1 are great, but the overall composition is a bit tight for my taste.

    Great captures. In no. 2 the light and colors of the sun are controlled well.

    Thanks for the feedback, Phil. Years ago I learned to exclude everything from the frame that wasn't essential, and I think I overlearned it. A lot of mine might benefit from a little more breathing room.
