This was the last shot I took at Mobius Arch a few nights ago, and one of my most satisfying. I particularly like the way the curves and shapes against the backdrop of Mount Whitney and the setting sun produce a surrealistic view of natures work.

Great job on the original composition at Mobius, Dan. Love the sunset. That's actually Lone Pine Peak there, not Whitney.

Whitney is the last bump on the far ridge to peak up into the sky on the right.

You're right! The very top of the Whitney peak is just visible at the far right of the ridge.
