Got a new lens...Was it a good deal?

Bought a Nikon 70-300mm D ED lens from my neighbor. It's very clean and had the caps, a hood and Tieffen UV filter. Got it for $100.

Anyone have shots with this lens? I have a d50 body.

    It's like new! I guess it was a great buy after all! thumb.gif I didn't research the prices much.

    although its a consumer lense, i'm sure you would be able to re-sell it for a profit at some point when you move up....deal.gif
