Is anyone having problems with go daddy access?

Hi guys, my apologies if i did not open the thread in the proper section of the forum. Last few days i am constantly trying to get into my custom domain and web mail provided by go daddy. At first i had trouble with log in, so i tried to reset the password. I did not get any mails with password reset links, so i tried with their support. After a short chat the support guy sends me again an e mail with a password reset link and i get nothing again (no email in my inbox). Finally i filed an access request via email and got the password reset links on my email and when i try to open it i get the blank page with secureserver.net/default404.aspx url. What the hell? I tried all older links within emails from them and keep getting this very dead blank page. Does any one have any clue what could be going on? I just googled and found out bunch of people complaining in last cuple of days about them and their support being down. Any ideas? It gets a bit frustrating...

I've not seen any complaints come through our help desk emails. But I do know they offer chat support so it may be worth jumping on there and seeing if they can step through getting everything set up with you if their emailed links are not functioning right.

I'll give it another try tonight with their chat support. Just sent another e mail and I'm waiting for their responce...

Here is the feedback, the chat guy helped me out. I can't tell what went wrong at first but everything is fine now. Thumbs up for go daddy support.
