Filenames/Title problem

Hi everyone,
I've been having this problem for ages and really hope someone has an answer to my question. When I use Jeffrey Friedl's jf SmugMug Lightroom uploader my photos appear on the Smugmug site with the IPTC caption in the caption field and the filename in the title field. Perfecto.
If I export from Lightroom to my computer and then use the Smugmug uploader the caption field is filled in but the title field is empty and even if I have "Show Filenames' checked it doesn't show. I have to manually go into "Organise", select all images, and "Remove All' info (the title is blank, the caption is filled in) and then the filenames appear.
Anyone help?

    Can you please email us at help@smugmug.com with some links and examples of galleries with both scenarios. We will need the following:

    1. A link to a gallery that shows the caption and the filename that was uploaded using Freidl's plugin.
    2. A link to a gallery that you uploaded that has been exported from LR to computer and then to SmugMug.
