Very nice stuff Nikolai. Thankyou for reminding me how much I need a holiday and a nice cold pina coladarolleyes1.gif

Those pinks are just beautiful, looks like a great way to end a day.

I need one, too, and badly. That's why I'm going to Park City, UT tomorrow morning... :):

erm Nik... mind if I say *WOW* that is an awesome shot! The colours are amazing and the texture of the sky is absolutely stunning, not to mention the detail in the back. Well done friend, well done!

Now for a bit of :whip -ing to boot :lol maybe you can consider making a HDR image from several exposures when you encounter such a scene next time. That would give you more detail in the foreground, if it were soft greenish/brownish, just a stop or 1.5 lighter it would have made a superb print for sure!

    Keep it up my friend!!

    Great to hear from you!
Thanks for your comments and suggestions, I do appreciate your feedback.
In fact, since the image was in RAW (did I mention that I shoot only RAW nowadaysmwink.gif ?), I think I can pull out a couple of stops lower/higher even from what I already got. I'll take a look tonight, time/family permitting...

Are you all settled for the Big Trip 2006?

Cheers, moy droug! (= my friend, mon ami, mi amigo, etc.:-)1drink.gif
