Question about full screen view

Hi everybody,
and thanks for letting me be a member of this forum. Sorry if I am missing something obvious but I could not find the answer to my question by searching the forum: While being logged in to SmugMug, there is a full screen (double arrow) button in the top right corner of a magnified image (next to the close button "X"). As a visitor (not logged in) I cannot see that button. What do I have to do to allow visitors to go into full screen mode?
EDIT: This seems to be a Chrome issue. Strangely enough, the full screen button works in Chrome on the homepage and slideshows also work as intended.
As it seems to be a known issue, this thread can be closed. Sorry, if I wasted anyone's time...

Just to be sure it's a known issue, could you include a link to the specific gallery you last experienced this on and also which operating system you're using?
