Windows Uploaders

Hello,

Does anyone know of a Windows uploader that lets you specify keywords for multiple (but not all) photos? Flickr and ipernity have them, it seems like something that should be fairly straightforward.

    While I have not tried this, would the Lightroom uploader do this?
