I am not trying to be a jerk but do your support people actually read what I send to them to this address? I sent an email saying Customer did not recieve their order with the order information from my Order History page. I received an email back from Tristan asking for the order number and when I replied with that got a very very odd email back. Now I stated my she has not received her order with my name in the salutation and my site under that. Are you using automatic replies? This is very odd. Here is the reply I got when I sent the order number. It's just not right to me. This isn't the first time I have gotten a very odd response like they aren't reading what I sent and it falls it to the auto reply bucket. .
