Colour Block behind Gallery Title

Hello again.
I am wondering if it is possible to add a coloured block behind the Gallery Title or Description copy.
Similar to the one you guys helped me with on my Contact Me Here.

Is there a way to make the box height less?

If you're talking about decreasing the top/bottom of your box then 5px controls top/bottom and 10px controls right/left. If you want to set each different then the code would be top right bottom left ie 2px 8px 1px 5px.

Mike...I want to make the actual box height less. In other words less top and bottom.

FYI the code you gave me only inserts the red box behind the 'TITLE' which actually looks great - so all is good in that regard.
