The white lights of transport

Hi all!

Been a while since I visited dgrin but I'm really looking forward to picking up photography again! So today I wanted to share an image with you and I would like to know your thoughts:

You're looking at the overhead lights of a train compartment, I personally liked the lines of this composition very much but I'm wondering whether it appeals to others any C&C?

I can see what appealed to you. I think it would be stronger if you cropped a bit off the bottom--there's a lot going on there that has little to do with the flowing lines in the rest. A good case of less is more.

Got myself a re-edit here with a crop and a slightly different coloring:

Better? Also: this edit was made on a computer instead of a phone, the quality difference of course being astonishing

Yes, I like the crop. I don't have any preference for the toning--they both look good.
