Holiday Cards

My customer is trying to order holiday cards through his gallery I created. When he gets to the page to choose his card design and photo, the gallery does not appear. He tried several times, updated his Adobe Flash Player.. nothing.
He is using a Macbook. In the past I have had problems with certain website on a macbook. Not sure if this is the same issue.
Please advise...
