Heritage Hall

Heritage Hall is the administration building at the college where I was a student last year. At night, spotlights shine on the towers and flags.

    I think a picture like this one of the night scene you are describing would be more compelling.

    The Building certainly has potential especially the towers and main door, but the light dosen't help, all looks a little flat. The foreground looks cluttered, might be worth trying some different angles too.
