Getting rid of GALLERY name and BREADCRUMB

When I click on a Folder - Menu name a page displays the various Gallery thumbs.
It also displays the heading GALLERY and a BreadCrumb - How do I get rid of them?

If you don't want the name/heading "Gallery" listed under the breadcrumb, delete it. If you don;t want to use breadcrumbs, delete them.

Breadcrumb no prob - the word Galleries seems to be part of the block that contains the thumbs.

You can just delete or re-name the title 'Gallery'.
