I can't decide...leaning towards color (just not sure about the contrasting colors) or the Mono..... opinions?

If it's between these two, I prefer the color version. I think you might be able to improve the B&W by reducing the exposure or tweaking the tone curve a bit so as reduce the glare or the building. But the color version still might be stronger, dunno. It's quite vivid.
