    I like this one very much. My one minor qualm is that I'd prefer to have the couple a bit less centered; I'd prefer to have more of the frame filled by what they're looking at rather than what's behind them. But there may be good reasons why you couldn't or didn't frame it that way, and I like it a lot as is.

    I don' t know. To me all the space in front of and behind the couple emphasizes the isolation. Based on the title I suspect that is what @Tasmanian is going for. Maybe cropping a bit of the sky above the clouds could move the couple away from center vertically, but that is the deepest color in the sky and something might be lost that way as well. All in all, I do like this photo and I also think it works as is.
