    Sea smoke. A frozen fog condition over frigid waves. Happens only in very cold temps. And it looks way cool, like the sea is boiling. I like the color photo above much better.

    Yes David, a frozen fog, like a smoke :D In french, we have a lot of expression for this phenomen.
