    So I'll do my usual less is more thing here. As is, it doesn't excite me much. But I think it would be improved by cropping a fair amount off the top, eliminating the cracks in the ground. I'd cut it right so that the shadow part starts at the top.

    Thanks Richard. I tried a square crop to test your idea, but the swirls at the lower right corner are too blurry.

    Flop it is.

    I like it! It's a bit blurry at the bottom, but overall works for me. I typically like shadow images, for me images like this tell me someone was paying attention to their surroundings.
