How to show a gallery in more than one folder

I wanted to list an existing gallery in a second folder. The gallery has text associated with each image. I want to show the gallery with images and text intact in the second folder without disturbing its presence in the first folder.

A gallery is contained in only one folder, but you can easily create a second gallery that references the first, so there is no duplication of photos.

Create a new gallery in the desired folder but don't load any photos into it. In Gallery Settings, click on Smart Rule. Define a rule that includes photos from the specified gallery.

Thanks, Denise. I tried your suggestion. I was able to get the images in the new gallery and captions and file names came with the images. I'm set!
