Thanks to everyone for participating! Really enjoyed all the shots, got some good laughs!

@JAG: Really like the focus & processing on Upsy Daisy, & Does this mustache make me look fat? is a great title & really makes the shot funny!

@slpollett: Nice catch, such a big yawn the cat had to lift its paw!

@Cavalier: That Wally selfie is adorable!

@jwear: Great title, such an unusual capture, & the look on the bird’s face is like this is so beneath me!

@pegelli: Who wants a Nikon cookie? A really nice shot where the title makes it very funny!

@DavidRGillespie: The frown-fighters - very cute shot - like the framing of the little girl between the bunny ears! Really nice shots of the Ninja sparrows & snail too!

@grandmaR: Nothing - A very special nothing! The explanation makes the shot pretty funny!

@bfluegie: How to stretch - Very cute triptych, especially love the last shot in it, almost looks like a surprise attack! Good instructions too!

Honorable Mentions:

@bfluegie: Shadow learns makes me smile, always the curious cat! I really like the “ hair lighting”, great focus, & I can almost hear the cat saying “you & me, bro” to the flash!

@pegelli: Thirsty pigeon - Great shot, really nice composition & focus!

@sapphire73: Safest Way to Encounter Darth Vader - You can just tell they are having fun! Nice grouping around Vader and great fun, looks great in black & white. [And who on earth has a larger than life stuffed turkey? Or is that a costume? Very funny!]

Winners:

3. @sarasphotos: Rub-a-dub-dub, three Wolfies in a tub... - Really like the irony of the classical Mozart as a rubber duck, commercialism at its finest!

2. @Cavalier: Double Moon over Mariposa - Great capture & great title! Also great exposure & focus, love the rings! Saw a similar sight last summer but didn’t have my camera.

1. And the winner is: @sapphire73: Best Pluto Imitation Ever! Love this shot! The colors, the expressions, the focus, the cartoon characters (looks like on construction fencing?!), regular people being goofy, all wonderful elements! & the icing on this cake is that the Pluto imitation is just too funny!

Congrats Gretchen! Looking forward to the next mini!

Thank you, Lillian (@Ikbart) for your kind words. I didn't think I had any photos that would fit this theme until I remembered our trip to Disney World. It is construction fencing, and I'll confess that I had nothing to do with setting up the shot. (They had another brother photographing them with a cell phone.) I think the spontaneity makes it all the more fun! I will have to give some thought to a theme for the next mini. Will try to post the new challenge in a day or so.

Congratulations @Cavalier and @sarasphotos on your second and third place wins! And to @pegelli and to @bfluegie on the HMs. Loved these shots and so many others in this mini!

Back story on the turkey. We flew home from Belgium on Thanksgiving Day 2015 to find this turkey sitting in our home with some of our kids. We were so tired (up at 3am to catch our flight) that we didn't venture a guess as to who was wearing the costume. (It could have been one of their friends.) But when I mentioned that we were given a turkey dinner on our flight, the turkey gobbled in a way that suggested the son who lives in California. He surprised everyone that year! His sibs asked him to bring the costume again this year.

Congratulations to all - this mini was great for lightening the mood
Good job on catching the people posing in front of the Disney fence.
