Changes to password page

How can I make changes that affects only the password page where users enter a password? This page doesn't have its own URL, so I cannot place a CSS code into it. I guess I have to place it in the custom CSS in theme template?

It's http://www.viknefoto.no/password. If you are logged in, the customize button is there and you can insert a CSS block on the page.
