Gallery Download Requests not working

For the second time in as many weeks, I cannot get a gallery download email without contacting support. I waited 12 hours last night and this morning for one to appear and it never showed up. When is this going to be fixed.. I asked in my support email reporting the problem and never got a reply just the gallery download I wanted.. Thought I would post on here..

We're aware of the sporadic issue and hope to fix it soon. I don't have any better estimate on when "soon" will be -- we're trying to wrap up the work on SSL for Custom Domains and this fix will get slotted after.

It was working forever and now it's broken.. Wow it just keeps getting better.. This is so disappointing..

I know that it's certainly frustrating when things that worked, all of a sudden have issues. We try to do our best to make sure this never happens. You've been with SmugMug a long time, and since we've been around for so many years, that also means we have technology that needs to be updated so that we can continue to improve SmugMug and fulfill many of the feature requests that you all ask for (of which you are one of the more vocal). In order to add new features we're improving the SmugMug infrastructure - unfortunately in this case it introduced a rare issue. We'll wrap up SSL and then get this fixed.
