Crocus and hoverfly visitor

Crocus flower and then a hoverfly visitor.
Slight cheat with the shots, the crocus flowers are too shaded to open even when we get some rare sun, so I picked a closed flower and carefully lodged it in a camellia bush which gets full sun. The flower opened fairly quickly and soon attracted a hoverfly to feed on it.
