Is there a way/work around to make packages that include digital files?

If not- I have an event coming up where a large number of people will be buying digital files from me after the event. I would like to offer a discount if they buy more than 3. What is the best way to do this?

It's one of the highest ranked feature requests... http://feedback.smugmug.com/forums/17723-smugmug/suggestions/598877-digital-downloads-for-packages. They don't show dates on the feature requests, but I'm guessing that was requested about the day after packages were introduced, around 8 years ago.
