Associates in our school can not unhide-getting error messages.

(We realy tried to search of a solution no luck)

Hello! Our students all have associate accounts at www.glasshouse.smugmug.com and we all can hide but...
All below are associates and are using various platforms.

Windows with Chrome:
When hiding they get error message but it does hide. a single or all when selected.
When attempting to unhide we get an error message and it will not unhide at all.

Windows with Firefox:
Error message but does hide
Error message but and not unhide

Windows with Internet Explorer:
Error message but does hide
Error message and does not unhide

Mac with Safari no problems to hide or unhide

Mac with Chrome
Error message but does hide
Error message and does not unhide

Glasshouse owner:
Mac Glasshouse owner using Chrome no problems

Mac Glasshouse owner logged in as Associate using Safari:
Error message but will hide
Error message and will not unhide

The work around is to unhide one at a time in the gallery view before going into Organize. (Painful)

Sure hope this can be an easy fix! Please advise

It may be that people do not understand the question. It starts with "and we can all hide" but I have zero idea what "hide" means. Of course maybe that's just me, but to me there's some context missing. I'd also suggest if the issue is an error message sharing WHAT error message may be useful.
