B+W 82mm XS-Pro Kaesemann High Transmission Circular Polarizer MRC-Nano Filter is a very nice filter and not too far from your $80. It has much better light transmission than lesser polarizing filters, and the Nano coating makes it easier to keep clean.

(This filter lists for $362.40 on the Schneider site so the prices at B&H and Adorama are very reasonable.)

Wow ! ! !
So <$50 are not worth anything ,right ?
Also I found one 82 E B+W POL-TOP that is supposed to cost $400 ...for $175 but am trying to lower the price to $100 .
Thank you for the link of B&H

Is this a good filter ???
The image shows a B+W filter but it's impossible to say which it is. Regardless, it's a used filter.
The B&H link I gave you is for a brand new B+W 82mm XS-Pro Kaesemann High Transmission Circular Polarizer MRC-Nano Filter. It's B+W's best, with a full manufacturer warranty and listing for nearly $400, and B&H is selling it for $110. What's not to love for that deal?
P.S. Pick up an 82mm filter wrench while you're at it. These narrow polarizers can be a bugger to remove. https://bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1057730-REG/sensei_fw_8295_82_95mm_filter_wrench.html

Right you are its a deal thank you Ziggy
I have several of those B&W polarizing filters - B+W Kaesemann High Transmission MRC-Nano filters and they are excellent. I do like my BreakThrough Photography circular polarizing filters just as well or better though. https://breakthrough.photography/?rfsn=877304.7b105&utm_source=H Hill&utm_medium=banner
I think both of these brand filters have threaded brass carriers, rather than the cheaper and gall prone aluminum frames.
Pay for a brass frame, in the long run you will be far better off for it.
$110 for an REAL high quality 82mm circular polarizer is a bargain. Amazon wants $159 for an 82mm Breakthrough Schott glass circular polarizer
