I don't understand why HD Videos start out at low resolution and and only gradually ramp up to HD.
Anyone who clicks on the video will think the video is corrupt or low resolution and move on before the video reaches HD.

Hello Dennis,
To give you and your visitors the best viewing experience, the quality of the playback will adjust from standard definition to high definition as you watch the videos. It's all based on the speed of your connection. We want to make sure that you aren't waiting for the video to buffer and the content starts playing as soon as you click "play".
Have a great day!

I do not believe it is even close to SD when it starts. The video is pixelated and herky jerky. It definitely is not a good viewing experience. I have a 100Mbps connection.
Cheers,
I watched a few of your videos, and I'm not seeing what you're describing. Please email the Heroes at help@smugmug.com so we can help further.
