Client image review/approval (a.k.a. proofing)

SmugMug is a great end-to-end professional solution, with one glaring hole: there is no easy way for a client to review a set of images, and flag selects and rejects (i.e., thumbs-up and thumbs-down.) SmugMug Events is not a workable solution for me. It's far too complicated, and my clients won't use it for that reason.…
