Why so many third party sites?

Why do I have to endure tracking from various third parties with whom I have no contract?
intercom.io
elev.io
statuspage.io
and of course google analytics?
Guys I have a contract with Smugmug and I have never ever given my explicit permission for third parties to track me or my viewers.
Considering the GDPR, this will result a serious problem for all SmugMug customers in the EU.

Not really helpful...
People visiting my smugmug site get various warnings from Ghostery, that doesn't leave a good impression.
