Spacers causing design issues on mobile/ tablet

Hi there,
Just got referred here by a smugmug hero.
My site, www.reidzandbelt.com , has a landing page with two buttons. I formatted the page so that the buttons are in the centre of the page on desktop. However, when I switch to mobile or tablet the buttons are near the bottom of the page. Would like them to be in the middle so it looks a little nicer.
Not sure what the next step here is.
