Change Theme, drops Customization?

I decided to change my sites theme from Dark to Light, but all my custom CSS is ignored. I am sure I am missing the obvious, but shouldn't the custom CSS still work - it is still showing listed in the site's CSS section. If it helps, the site is at philcorleyphotography.com

Thought it would a fairly easy job moving from dark to light :-(
