Video clip preview pic

Does it take some time for SM to generate a preview image for video clips? I have not uploaded video in a while. I assume so... how long? Does it depend on the size of the vid file?

It can sometimes take a few minutes, depending on how busy the queue is. Did it end up generating the preview?

It never did generate a preview even after hours of sitting.... I finally ended up creating a correctly dimensioned image and did the "replace preview."
