Flickr question

Not sure if I can get the answer here, but it can't hurt to ask :-) My question is, when can I finally get rid of my Yahoo account? It seems the Yahoo account is still required as the login for Flickr. I'd love to dump my Yahoo account ASAP, so I'm hoping that smugmug will be giving us a new way to log in, without a need for the Yahoo account.

We're working very hard already to get off of Yahoo's login service, so you'll be able to bring whatever email address you'd like to the party.

It's a tough problem, so it won't happen overnight, but it is currently our #1 priority since we've heard that loud & clear from customers. Stay tuned, hopefully it won't take too long.
